I noticed on the first of the month that the Star Seller rating is not accurate and hasn't been updated since the first of the month. You need an average of 4.8 rating for customer service and initially I thought I was the only one with my shop displaying 4.5 stars, even though I dug down into the stats and received the star seller badge and met all the stats. When I was browsing on search I thought it might just be my shop, but noticed that it's displaying quite a few shops with 4.7 star rating (and currently a star seller) with 4.5 stars and it looks like it hasn't been updated and it's a glitch. 4.8 and up for customer service stats typically show 5-star rating where as 4.7 below shows 4.5-star rating.
I did reach out to Customer Service and they agreed, but hoping the moderator can bump this up to get this fixed.
I don't understand your problem - you do have Star Seller.
I see it showing something knocked off one of the stars so it is not displaying in solid black. Displaying the same thing in my shop where it says I have star seller and 4.8 rating.
Yeah, it hasn't updated for this month I think for anyone that had a 4.7 (or below) rating to reflect the accurate stars for this period : /. I'm really surprised that Etsy hasn't fixed it.
The stars you see at the top of your shop are not for star seller. They are the average of the last 12 months - you had a few 4* reviews over the last 12 months, so that's accurate. Star seller is based only on the last 3 months.
@TheKnitHouseFabrics: Keep in mind that the Reviews rating for your shop (as displayed on your shop Home Page) is for a rolling twelve month period. Star Seller / Customer Satisfaction only looks at the three month period prior to the Star Seller award date.
