A customer gave me a one-star review when she felt the product was not up to her expectations, I canceled her order and refunded her, now she wants to change the review and it says the review can't be changed. What can I do?
report the review etsy directly and tell them that the customer wants to change it. they might help.
If your buyer can't change their review, you could ask them to contact Etsy to get it removed.
From Etsy:
"I need to edit my review
You can edit your review any number of times during the 100 day review period.
If a seller responds to your review, you can’t edit your review. Choose I still need help if you’d like us to remove your original review."
