Kann man es verbessern?

The rules are clear. You need to answer all messages in 24 hours, private or business does not matter. If you do not want to reply to a message you have to put it into the spam folder, in that case it does not count for Star Seller.

You have to reply to each new message thread, etsy highlights them with a BLUE message, so you can't miss them
@ApartandVintage: As it says right on your Star Seller page and elsewhere, you need to reply to the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else. If it is SPAM then it should be marked as such.
A controversial workaround : if the unanswered new thread is not a Help Request, at least for the time being, it appears that marking an unanswered new thread as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two (but not retroactively) if the original message was within the current star seller period. Note that subsequent messages from that account may go directly to the SPAM folder.
It takes 19 replied to messages to offset that 1 not replied to.
If that's not an incentive to reply to those messages that you think don't need a reply, I don't know what would be.
It's so easy to reply to messages I would think that all sellers would reply "JUST IN CASE".
