I have been waiting for a few days to see if the Speedy Replies badge would be added to my shop but it is still not showing up. It is sitting at 100% for this period. How should I proceed?

You are also missing the tracking badge.
What was your percentage for the last period? That’s the one that determines whether you have the badge.
If you are looking at the current stats, that is for the badge being issued in December.
You need to go to the prior review period tab to see the details about the current star being displayed (or not being displayed)
@AdriannaIllustrates: Star Seller star and badges are awarded only on the first of the month based on data from the preceding three months. The information currently displayed on your Star Seller page is for the December star, you need to look at the previous period tab so see what the stats were for the November star and badges which used data from August, September, and October.
