Someone ordered my product ( its put in shopping cart) but I cant contact the person

Can't answer, because Account does not exist. They placed the product I am selling in a shopping cart, so it seems to be blocked now for other customers - can I stop this fake order?

plus it is impossible to know who has put our items into their carts.

and.

having items in carts does not block someone else from buying it.

and if the message was truly from etsy staff...

it would be in the *from etsy* folder in your messages.

and.

you cannot answer because etsy has deleted that scammers account.

mark it as spam.

and do not give strangers your email address or phone number or any private info.

@VintagevonStefan  You have no sales. This is a scam and they are trying to get you to email them so they can pretend to be Etsy and get your financial info. Mark the message as SPAM.
