Speedy Replies badge incorrectly calculated?

I have a 100% message response rate, but do not have the Speedy Replies badge for August. I don't really care, but I think there's a bug, and this forum is where I was sent to report it "If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."

@StephanisHandmades: Did you have a 100% Message response rate for the previous period (which the August Star and badges were based on)? The stats you see now by default are for the September 1st Star and Badges.

As an aside you need to include the licensing information for any of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. Including your licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.
