So as I understood, today is the last day to get all the criteria to become a star seller. Right now I have everything except response rate, which is 89% but needs 95%. The one time I did not respond to a message was when one person contacted me with 2 options about a refund, so I answered them only to one opened chat and the other I did not. My question is, if I marked that as a SPAM - will tomorrow I still get the badge? (Right now it is on 89%)

Etsy permanently revokes Star Seller badges from the IP violators that are caught.

You can mark a message as spam at any time (it doesn't have to be within 24 hours) and when Etsy recalculates the percentage it should not be included. However, it is known that Etsy doesn't necessarily recalculate the last day of the month. Sometimes the stats are a couple of days old.
