It's not just spam, it's a SCAM!!! Once you give them your email, they then send a FAKE email from "etsy support" asking for your banking info or to activate your "automatic ordering system"—which does not exist.

There have been sellers in the forums being scammed out of hundreds of dollars.

Mark these messages as spam and be done with them. Never engage or respond.

Meanwhile, bring your Etsy shop more into alignment with their guidelines.

Are these your designs, or just images downloaded off the internet? 

Who is your production partner?

Fill out policy section.

Your headings seem to be stock wordings downloaded from other listings. They are not worded for optimum search results.
