Hi, where is the spam folder? I got spam message and wanted to mark it as spam or like everyone said put it in the spam folder. But I cannot find the folder or don’t know how to make it as spam.
IF you are using the new Etsy app on a device there is no way to spam a message. You need to either use a computer with a browser, or open the browser on your device and sign in to Etsy. You should be able to mark it that way.
Are you on the sellers app? (The blue one) If so that's why. Etsy omitted the mark as spam button from the new sellers app for some asinine reason. If you have the etsy shopping app installed (the orange app) then you can mark as spam there. The orange shopping app does have the mark as spam button. Or use the browser or a pc/laptop as mentioned above.
At the top of your messages you see a box followed by TRASH MARK UNREAD MARK READ MARK AS SPAM. Click the box next to the message you want then click MARK AS SPAM up the top.
