Spam folder - Another sale lost due to incorrect labeling Spam

It's been over three months, and Etsy still hasn't taken any action to fix the issue of messages being sent to the Spam folder.

This time, a $1,300 sale was completely lost because the message was wrongly labeled as spam. The notification didn’t appear, and the client ended up purchasing a similar item outside of Etsy.

I'm creating this thread for sellers to share how much they've lost in sales due to this Spam Error. I'll start:

  • Yesterday: $1,300
  • Last month: $5,000 (or more)
  • November: $3,000 (or more)
