It's been over three months, and Etsy still hasn't taken any action to fix the issue of messages being sent to the Spam folder.
This time, a $1,300 sale was completely lost because the message was wrongly labeled as spam. The notification didn’t appear, and the client ended up purchasing a similar item outside of Etsy.
