I have an Etsy shop. I have 39 listings with no issues.
Yesterday I added two listings. One had zero issues. The other when clicked on yields this message:
"Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region."
I contacted the Chat and Phone support. No help.
I tried deleting and re-adding the listing 3 times, with same results. I'm being charged for the listing, but the listing is unavailable to view or purchase.
Have a any sellers in this forum had this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
Try refreshing the page or logging out of your account then logging back in. I just had an issue listing something new, the publish button was grayed out. I refreshed the page and that worked for me.
Thaks for the tip. I have logged out, refreshed, tried from other PCs, had other people try. No luck.
Looking at your shop my first guess is you are using the name of a plant/flower from the prohibited list. Even if your flowers are fabric/silk, the bots don't know that, they are going by the plant name used and assume it's a live plant.
I appreciate you looking at my shop and your feedback but the title and description for the item was copied from another listing that had no issues. Just in case, I removed all of the names of flowers and plants from the title and description. It is still yielding the same error. Note: the names of the flowers and plants from this wreath are no different from other listings that have zero issues and are currently active.
I was looking at live succulents yesterday and received the same "unavailable in your region" message. I have never seen that before. I do think it is because bots think these are live plants and its winter season. I think this is something new as I have never seen this before and it's glitchy?
I have never seen that before either. If it's a glitch, it's a selective glitch, as there was nothing on the description or title of my listing that was different than any of the others that are active and visible. In fact, today I re-listed it (renewing an old one replacing the pics and description and it listed successfully.) On the fourth try and after paying for 3 failed listing
@DesignedbyBeatriz: You can always reuse those "failed listings" within 4 months for a "new" listing and not have to pay the listing fee again.
