Etsy emails

Every week for over a year I've received an incorrect Etsy email that says 11 orders, 33 favorites and 8 reviews.  I've tried to get help in the chat and was finally told to post here.  Also, for the last 2 months I received an email that says Congratuations you're a star seller, but when I log onto my account it says I missed it.  Please help.

@StewArtStitchesShop: We know that Etsy Support and the Help Pages send people here, but this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

 

Hopefully a fellow seller who has experienced your problem and has had some sort of resolution can help you.

@StewArtStitchesShop You are currently missing the badge for message replies, so you don't meet the Star Seller criteria. You can download a spreadsheet to see the data. There are two charts on your SSP dashboard. The top one is the next period, the one behind it is the current period. 

Etsy support should not have told you to post here. The issues you are having need to be addressed directly with Etsy. As Forums is only other sellers, we cannot resolve those issues for you. Rather than chat, try to request a phone call or contact Etsy by email.
