Hello,
As far as I know it shouldn't exceed 150 Euros for France. Now I wanted to check.
This product is just sample. There is dog photo. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1122155986/reserve-personalized-printed-cartboard?click_key=a27ce808101...
It is below 150 euros. But i see still same page "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region." You can check. Change your location to France, and click it.
And also this product is below 150 euros. No problem. But still same error. https://www.etsy.com/listing/1825838663/face-on-a-stick-custom-heads-on-a-stick?click_key=42966cbe66...
What is wrong? This is affecting my sales. People in this country can see my products, but they cannot buy them. There is shipping. My shipping profile is worlwide. The problem is with Etsy.
I don't know why those two are showing as not available in France (I am in France and checked). As I can't see the listing details, I can't advise anything.
Hi. If you want to check details, change your location. Mayba canada or USA.
Then you can check details. You are native, maybe you can help me
Yeah, there's something wrong with Etsy's code. The price is nowhere near the limit so those listings should be available to buyers in France. I'm afraid you may need to contact Etsy support directly to report the problem (shop manager > Help > Contact us).
Yes, I reported this problem. I'm still waiting their answer
there's a long story of this tech issue going on ...
It'd be really nice if someone from Etsy could take a look at it ...
My products are below 150 euros. So my problem is not about price
Can anyone who speaks French check it out?
Items may be unavailable in some countries (like France) because of the packaging recyling requirements ... can't remember what they're called but some countries require a fee for recycling in order to sell there.
I used to sell a small amount to France but the fee exceeded anything I could reasonably anticipate earning so sadly, I had to remove France from the countries I sell to.
It could also be GPSR requirements.
Hello,
I can sell my other products to France. In fact, I just sold it. But I cannot sell a few of the products I share. If it were regulated, I could not to sell the others too. isn't it?
There must be a problem which only Etsy can help with. I just looked at some items in a US shop, and normally, I should not even be able to click on and see one of their listings priced at almost 800€. I was not only able to see it, but I could also add it to my cart. (not to buy but to see if the system would prevent me).
At least mine aren't that expensive. Despite this, I cannot make any sales.
