I raised the issue that my on time dispatch badge has never updated even though I have 100%, I raised it with online chat services. They recognised an issue and escalated this on October 5th. However, I still don't have an update but I guess this is ok since they told me there was 'no timeline for resolution'. Quite the get out clause. I wonder how my customers would feel if I were looking into their issues but had no time line for resolution, just sit tight until you know, Rose flings that diamond necklace into the water. It's been 84 years......
Unfortunately having that badge will determine if I get this ridiculous star seller recognition that has no real idea about how I talk to my customers in the middle of the night when they haven't read their instructions correctly and I sweetly and bleary eyed direct them to where they need to be.
Anyway, I should get to my point. Etsy, you have not received your speedy replies badge from me this month. This will affect you in no way whatsoever. YET. But continue in this way with enough of your sellers and it will come back to bite you in the bum eventually because we are all a bit fed up and looking for alternatives.
