Our Etsy storefront features 144 mugs and each are classified by Shop Sections (Family Favorites, Faith & Inspiration, Adventure & Outdoors, Pet Lovers, Professional/Office Mugs, Holiday & Seasonal).
Everything works fine on a computer web browser but when using the mobile app (iPhone), the Shop Sections do not display the appropriate listings.

I read similar complaints in the knowledge base, but those entries were very old and I found no solution.

I have not experienced this dilemma myself, but I have read about it multiple times within the forums. There is some glitch happening and it seems the fix is to uninstall the app and clear all browsing history, cookies, etc. Then reinstall the app and reset up your account, including resetting a new password and 2 Factor Authentication. Etsy is recommending everyone to do this in order to safeguard your account from scammers which is common during the holiday season.
