Someone hacked my email

Someone hacked my email so it has now disappeared, I’m trying to change my email on Etsy but they keep sending a security code to the email I can no longer get into.. Help, What can I do to fix it? Thank you, Melyssa

If someone has hacked your email and are now receiving the security codes to your Etsy log in then they could have access to your Etsy account including all your personal details. I Would suggest you request a call back from Etsy asap

Check everything in your Etsy dashboard, make sure your bank number is still your own.

Also, run a virus checker on your computer. They may have placed a keyword logger on your computer to try to steal all your logins and passwords.

when you set up 2FA, you would have had a list of 10 emergency codes, in case this happened, use one of those
