Some of my listings have another seller's video???

I went to renew one of my listings and saw that another seller's video was there! I wondered if anyone else is having this issue??? I've been going through my active listings and found one for my painting that has socks for the video...help!

I spot checked and everything was okay.

I've heard of random problems with videos when posted externally (outside of Etsy)  Nothing internally.

(Btw you can't have a mystery package unless the photo shows what the buyer is getting.  Our House Rules)

That would no longer then be a mystery, would it?  Typical Etsy.  It's a silly category anyway.

Thank you! I just went through all of my listings and only found one active that had another video so I deactivated it.

I've seen other sellers post with this problem over the last year or so. If you re-upload your video it should fix the problem : )
