Some listings are reverting to same price for all regions - bug?

I've had this happen twice now, I'm kind of glad my sales are slow at the moment! I have my items priced at one price for local and another for international to factor in free shipping. I've had a sale to an international buyer and they were charged my local rate. When I checked, different prices was still selected but my prices had all gone to just the local rate.

I went back in and changed them, rechecked each listing and all good. Today I got a sale from Japan and it was my local price again! Checked, and the prices I see on my listings include both prices, but when I go into the listing, lo and behold they're back to all the same local price. I'm taking a hit as the buyers weren't to know, but this is taking a big chunk with the postage.

I changed the listings back again, checked and they're ok, but when I went back into the details they were back to all one price AGAIN! I'm tearing my hair out. I've reverted to the old format, I'm really hoping this is a bug in the new one. Has anyone else had it? Can someone check the listing for my tarot deck? It should be $124 for Australians and $145 for anyone else.

Oh, and hi...haven't posted on here yet but I have been reading

@LilithandTheMachine  - Am in the USA. On your tarot deck I see a price of $102.80, which includes free shipping.

Since I'm not sure on exchange rates, I just googled it & see this for current info:
$145.00 USD =  $214.54 AUD

$145.00 AUD = $99.63 USD

The $102.80 I see would seem to be in line with $150.00 AUD

Cheers, thanks. Reverting to the old listing format seems to have done the job for now

Easy fix. Drop the ‘free shipping’….

I hate the free shipping, but Australian postage is expensive and most of my etsy customers are international as my local ones use my online store. I know that I will subconsciously put off buying from OS stores because the shipping puts me off, even if the overall price is the same. The psychology is real!

Though if it happens again I'll be doing that, or just raising all my prices to be the same I guess

The same problem has been reported in several threads, all of them since the new listing form was introduced

Ahh I searched but must have missed that one. Going back to the old form has worked, I had a sale today which was the correct price (phew).
