Sold section No Longer Visible on my shop or anyones... WHY

I want to know why on earth is etsy doing this to us, hiding our sold section to viewers???!!! i have 3 shops and on my Crude Things shop where i sell a lot of expensive wigs and one of a kind costumes, now no one can look through my sold area to ask me to remake or make something similar. this is how i have been getting a lot of sales for 14 years i have been selling on etsy and now it is hidden.... i searched and my shops are all set to have my sold section visible... but it is not working. WHY etsy???!!! do you really hate artist selling on here that much...

I also use the sold section as a portfolio to clients when they want to order something. i tell them to look through my sold items to see if how they want wigs and custom costumes made...

when i look at the top of my shops pages it will not let me click on the number. how are you able to see? i feel like i am loosing my mind trying to figure this out, lol

I see your sold items in the shop you are posting from just fine. I can get to them in both of the usual places. The # of sales link up top next to your shop stars and down on the left side under the contact shop owner button. 

When I click either it takes me right here to your sold items https://www.etsy.com/shop/crudeart/sold

it says 2044 sales, and if I click on it, I see all your sales.

i needed to send a client a photo to give example and was in panic because i couldn't .

This must be an issue right now, there was another old, "irrelevant" post closed by a Mod.  Maybe it's more to do within a shop because I can see your Sold and the other posters also.

I can see your sold items as well.

what I can't see is your other shops since our profiles have been ghosted in this new layout.

If you want those other shops to show, you may want to include their clickable urls in your About & (almost ghosted) shop announcement.

I haven't been able to see sales (at the top of the page since yesterday) and the sales under the shop sections are clickable for some shops I look at and not others.   Eg. I can see @crudeart sales under the sections, and I can see @LastCentury list also, but I can't click on the link in @CreativeARTifacts shop under sections and I also can't click on @WitticismsRus sales.  An underline shows on the sales # in shops where I can see sold items and there is no underline in the shops which won't show sold items to me.

some people hide their sold items, 

if they do, there is no line under the number sold, and you can't click on them

Thanks for clarifying. That was my first thought but I thought I'd check anyway.  My sales number was unclickable yesterday, but today it's back again.

I can see them from the link but if I go to your shop page and click on sales nothing happens. Customers won’t know how to find them. My shop has the same problem. I don’t like thenew page

they also used to be clickable from the number at the top, but now it's not a number, just an approximation,

Sold items are shown in 3 places.  At the top of the page, under sections and next to the about section.  In the current test (at least the one I'm in, there seems to be several) if sales are visible the only place clickable is the sales under sections.

My Sales are not clickable any more although I have the setting to "Sure, show them". They're only clickable under the Sections, but no longer at the top of the page. Another useless test...

The bold 2.8K sales at the top of the shop is not clickable.

Same for me. In my shop, the sold listing number is no longer clickable at the top of the page, it's only visible at the left.

Mine have stopped being visible as well, which sucks. And I don’t see any option in my account settings the way there used to be. And that profile info is displaying on my home page differently.

It maybe one of those things when Etsy rolls out changes to only some shops to test. Which should be a choice to participate in. 14 years and the crap is endless… def worse since they went public.

It's pretty amazing how many people don't or won't scroll down the page to see solds exactly where they have always been.   So many posts about this.  Is it some sort of commentary on human nature?

It makes sense to only have it in 1 place, and as etsy have simplified a lot of things on the header, then removing the click link from there, whilst leaving the other where it has always been, makes perfect sense
