A customer just made an offer on an item that sold ( has been shipped and received by buyer) last week. The item is still in my “active” list. It is not showing up in my “sold” items but shows up in orders. Has anyone else had this problem? Is ETSY glitching? I don’t like feeling insecure about items that have sold still being listed as active.
There was a report of this earlier this week. Have you checked that your shop is showing the correct number of active items? 973, is that correct?
Thank you for advising me to check this and no, the numbers are off by three. What a pain to have to double-check ETSY’s work. Now we’ll need to go through the inventory to figure out which other items have not been moved to “sold” and deactivate them.
