I realized that my "on time shipping score" keeps declining although I ship all of my orders on time with tracking numbers.
Upon inspection on the CSV file, I realized that Etsy system can't detect shipment to Europe and marked them all as not on time.
Does anybody else encounter same problem?
If any Etsy staff see this, please fix this, I don't want this to affect my rating!
No one on the forums can help, even if Etsy told you to post in the forums.
You're not messaging Etsy here and they will not reply to your post with any help.
If Etsy doesn't recognize the tracking you use, there's nothing you can do except use a different carrier.
Etsy has said they wouldn't fix issues.

Yeah, I chatted with their CS few hours ago and he said he'll escalate this matter to the specialist team, and gone missing without leaving me a follow up message.
I just hope other staffs will see this post, I saw they replied on some other posts.
I tried to email them, but I can only find "phone" and "chat" in the help center. I'm not from US, so I prefer email (but the email option seems gone from help center).
Anyway I appreciate your helps! I'll try to use different carrier for the sake of experiment (although it's more expensive)

If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available.
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
