I cant get through to etsy . My chat doesnt work I tried logging out an in several times no response from etsy. I contacted etsy several times about the auto messages being turned on and clearly I am respond and etsy is not. They keep telling me I turned it off and I didnt. itst still on never even touched it . Now last night another message comes through no auto . I have a screen shot showing it wasnt responded and they keep saying its turned of . it responds to some messages but not all. another question if you have auto turned on are all messages that come in get the auto or just the first message ? I also already emailed this customer back in a seperate email to tell her to open a case and the case email came in and I didnt respond auto was again turned on and I already had a first conversation with her. so frustrating
