Since AI, my shop cannot be found in listings

Since the AI updates, my shop (which has 5 stars, zero bad reviews, star seller badge, etc.) isn't even showing up in searches. I had four people search for me right in front of me, and literally twenty pages, I didn't even come up. It's showing people with worse reviews first, and there is no way to put in a ticket despite the fact that I seemingly have badges for nothing and Etsy search just isn't showing me. Star seller badge makes no sense if the AI can prioritize listings which don't even match what you searched for, and don't show you at all. I watched as we went on four different devices through twenty pages.

AI is NOT mandatory, so whatever AI applications were used within your Etsy shop would have been at your discretion and by your choice> These were NOT Etsy "updates"...Whatever changes you made are on you, so why should Etsy take the blame?...Etsy makes "suggestions"> NO seller needs to act upon them.

etsy prohibits listings that discuss "healing" anything.

Distance healing is specifically prohibited by Etsy’s Services rules.

@VaniArmstrong: If you make substantial changes such as titles, the organic search ranking algorithm has to relearn what to do with your listing.

Because of "personalized searches" you can NOT rely on anyone's search results to define how your listing is ranked. Were all of the "four different devices" connected via different IP addresses? Regardless of if they were, even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear in organic search depending on many factors including device and browser fingerprinting and previous search history.

@VaniArmstrong  It looks like you have used the new Title Tool (I'm seeing a colon after the first 3-4 words in your Titles). As BagmakerSupply said, the algorithm now needs to relearn your listings. I don't know how long that takes, sorry; and there really should be a way people can switch back a day or two later, should they choose to (especially in the event you did not download your listings prior to the Title changes).

Your listings are showing in search results.

What search query are your friends using when trying to find your shop? Search is for listings, but you should see some tiny text which says 'Did you mean the shop VaniArmstrong?' above the search results. Perhaps you just don't understand how search works?? Listings that have more sales history and reviews will rank higher than those with lower conversion.
