Sign-in codes for Two-factor Authentication are not sent

since today I no longer receive by sms the security codes for two-factor authentication.

has anyone got this problem ?

I dont know but I have a new computer since yesterday. I wanted to log into my account from this new computer and I don’t get the SMS from Etsy

Yeah…I noticed this on my last sign-in. Not good, Etsy.

Etsy only sends the sms security codes for two-factor authorization once every 30 days if you are using the same device (or perhaps specific browser, I don't remember which at the moment).

In fact, I have a new computer. To connect to this new device, I need the codes. I get nothing.

@Fileusedetoiles3: If you are getting the screen to enter the security code, it should have been sent to the number you registered at the time you set up two factor authorization (2FA). Sadly, there have been other reports of the code not being received. At the time you set up the 2FA, you should have been offered the option to download backup codes. If you did, you can use one of those to log in.
