I had my shop on vacation mode. Now I'm back and my items are shown in EUR instead of USD. I'm not located in Europe, I'm in the USA. Just because I spent time in Europe for the last few weeks doesn't mean I moved everything there; I'm still located where I was located when I opened this shop. When I go to the payment settings, it shows USA but at the bottom of the page it says EUR and my items are listed in EUR. I was chatting with an agent twice but no help at all. ETSY please fix that problem!!!
Check your viewing currency. I see your shop in USD.
Your viewing currency is separate from shop listing currency.
Your viewing currency is set in your user region settings. These are also displayed at the bottom of the marketplace pages on the website, click on them to change.
If you have any of the Apps on a device, and that was changed to European settings then it can be sticky and override your user account settings for the website. That may in turn be overridden by device settings, so if you still have a European SIM card installed that could possibly affect region detection.

@crochetknittingqueen: "... at the bottom of the page it says EUR ... ETSY please fix that problem" Nothing for Etsy to fix in this case. See https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015520608-How-to-Change-Your-Currency-Settings-for-Shoppi... This is separate from your shop's selling currency setting.
I know that but every morning the currency show in EURO! I can change that as many times as I want to, it's coming back the wrong way. I'm not that stupid to not know how to set things up.
So have you checked the Etsy App settings on any phones that you took to Europe?
Lawrence
Etsy is picking up the info from your device or app settings
You need to change your setup on the device/app you are using, back to USA and $
@Post Crafter I had this problem before - I tried for days to change my currency, didn't work. I changed my password and it was working again.
