Customer purchased 3 items under 3 different transactions; I was able to combine them for shipping. I updated the 2 shipping records with the tracking number, yet today, my report is showing "no tracking info" for those 2 packages.
Not sure if there is anything you can do to make my shipping tracking back to 100% (currently 98%). I work super hard to make sure all the boxes are checked off when shipping, and it's disappointing to have a glitch to ding my 100% record.
Thanks.
Yes, I immediately marked them complete, and added the USPS tracking number. The postal clerk scanned the package for me when I dropped it off. I've never had this happen before, as I frequently combine shipping.
My stats are still good (98%) to maintain the star seller status, so I'll just see if it ever auto updates.
Thanks for the feedback!
UPDATE: my shipping stats are back to 100%. Must of been a delay in getting all the data synced.
Did you first mark them as complete and then enter the tracking number?
@KLBVintageWares: How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on each of the actual orders. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update.
