Shopkeeper interface needs some help

I've had 3 shops on Etsy, all currently active.  My first shop opened in 2017.

Now it is tax time again and the seller interface is virtually the same as it was 8 yeas ago:

1 - some screens sort a-z, others sort z-a.  This is not a difficult fix but Etsy seems unconcerned that this is a problem for users who have to navigate screens that act differently when presenting the same type of data.  When accessing monthly data shop owners have to stop and figure out if the data is backward or forward.  Why put us through this when this is a simple code fix?

2 - All navigation tools are at the bottom of the page.  This was found to be a unacceptable interface design at least 20 years ago and bread crumbs were invented to deal with this.  But Etsy shop owners (and I assume users as well), must scroll around the page looking for a way to go backward or forward.  This is a sure fire way to discourage people from using your interface and should be corrected ASAP.

3 - There is no way to adjust displays.  Some screens will show 10s of listings, others will only show 5.  Even the most primitive interfaces give you the ability to chose the number of items to display.  Etsy should too.

These issues could be fixed quickly and I would bet the cheer from Etsy shop owners and users would be loud enough to be heard around the world.  Yet I have raised these issues (and a host of others) countless times since 2017 and not a hint that anyone at Etsy is even interested in addressing them.

Come on Etsy...this isn't whinging about the amount of money you peel off from us.  This is about important user interface flaws and weaknesses that make our lives harder instead of easier.
