Shop visits not updating. Social media connection is not working

Hi. My shop is not working as usual for the past 5 days. I tried to contact Etsy for a few days but still no response. I prepared a new holidays design but can't list them because shop not visible. I feel like it's blocked/deactivated/hacked. No views, no favorites no sales after promoting on social media platforms. When tried to promote on social media it return no views at all. When checked my social media connection it's no longer connected. I tried to press "Connect" it's not connecting. I didn't changany settings. Is it some test on Etsy or it just my shop? I can't get any help from Etsy or Pinterest, none of them responded for 5 days. Not sure what to do now.

Not sure what you mean by not connected. Using a browser, I click on a listing then the Pinterest icon, select a board and pin. Maybe you are not logged into Pinterest.

• I do connect to Pinterest. I pin everyday and only last 5 days it's stopped working.
