Shop updates in new app

Hi all. I hope that you are well. I hope someone can help me. I'm trying to find the area where we can do the shop updates (that appear in our shop under listings and reviews etc) I used this a lot with the old app but have been unable to find it in the new one. I've tried looking up info but nothing has been able to help. Can you help? Thanks so much

shop updates are no longer possible with the new blue app.

I'd love to know how we can go about deleting them from out shopfront.

@RebekahAnnUK just had a chat session with etsy help. They gave me this link to a survey which was short & sweet with a window to add details.

The  blue Seller app also has a "Feedback" button right on the home page, lower right.  That's what it's for, and looks like the survey posted above.

I loved Shop Update and used it all time to generate sales. Pretty much every time I added a new item I also added it to Shop Updates Why would they take it away? It added vibrancy and interest people people's shops and followers could see what was new. I'm annoyed that this has been taken away from the new app.

Who knows? and Edit Shop function tells us to download the app in order to edit or delete updates from our shop front. 

Now we have a bunch of shop updates that stopped a month ago... makes us look like we aren't up to date in maintaining our shop. 

leaving a review on the app download itself in google play might find more attention.

And without access to the Updates feature, there is no way to delete old ones, for Sellers that wish to do this.

EXACTLY!!  It was vital to my business to post shop updates and I did on every new item I made.  My shop has not had the activity it did when I was able to post shop updates!  Why Etsy?  You SHOULD be supporting your sellers, not hurting their business
