Shop translation issue HELP

Hi, I am based in France and all my listings and tags are written in french, so it's my default language. In the options I choose automatic translation so Etsy should automatically translate to all languages. I had this problem since I opened my shop and kept mailing Etsy for weeks until I find someone telling me that she "refreshed" everything and it worked well afterwards BUT the problem came back and now I have only 2 items translated. I did explain all this to Etsy but I have always a different person not understanding and telling me to translate everything in English but NO Esty is offering the service of automatic translation and it should work. Am I alone in this situation? Do you know what "refresh" means? (I saved everything again but it did not work). Can we contact Etsy by phone? (because by mail they don't understand the problem perhaps they are chatbots).

I'm in the US. When I look at your shop only 3 of your 30 listings appear translated into English. Normally, that is because in the untranslated ones the seller has mixed languages. Maybe check all your listings and make sure you haven't mixed within the listing?

I verified when I previously had the same problem (when I opened my store) .Etsy refreshed everything and all worked well. But a week ago I had the same problem back even on ones which was translated automatically well. That's why I am asking if somebody else is having the same problem. Thanks

When you select Automatic translation you then need to scroll to the bottom of that page and click SAVE.  Did you do that?

If you did and it still isn't working, then I would switch it off, scroll to the bottom and click SAVE. Then log out and log in again using a different browser (Chrome) and then switch it back on again.

Yes I did all that. All went well only when Etsy told me they refreshed all. But the problem came back. I am mailing Etsy all the time but a different person is answering me every time and not resolving the issue. If I only knew what refresh means and if I can do the same. That's why I am looking for people having the same problem as me. But thanks
