Shop suspended due to unverifiable SSN

I created my shop recently and it appears that my shop has been suspended due to unverifiable SSN. I have no idea why my SSN was not verifiable. I sent a request to the customer care asking what documents can I send to them to resolve this issue. It has been more than two weeks and no response until now. Anyone experienced similar situation? How did you resolve it? Thank you!

Did you enter your name exactly as it appears on your Social Security Card? Everything must match. You can't skip middle name, initial, or change spelling. You shouldn't use a nickname on Etsy and a full name on your Social Security card. Check everything. Does your bank account name match?
