Hi- not all of my messages within a the time period of May through the end of July was calculated. I do not see them all appear on the data form either. What was the ending time period for review? July 31?
The review period closes a day or two before the end of the month. Messages during that time are counted for next month.
I had this same issue. a small portion of messages were calculated, the rest were not even on the spreadsheet.
