I’m looking for help with my shop but I keep getting the same automated response from Etsy Support.
My legal and tax information was verified over 1 week ago, however my shop is still stuck in vacation mode.
On top of that, after I reached out to Etsy Support via email and chat, now when I try to access Help Center through my shop dashboard, it takes me to the Help Center of my other Etsy shop, where the Support Requests for both shops are now combined in the same account. I have no idea how this happened and I'm worried I won't get support for the correct shop now.
How can I reinstate my shop and receive access to the correct Help Center again?
