Shop stuck in "Vacation Mode" after trying to add my LLC

I tried to "play by the books" and add my newly formed LLC to my taxpayer information even though it's considered disregarded. This, like many others, put my shop into vacation mode even with the uploaded documents to support. I then tried to switch it back to a Sole Proprietor which appeared to have worked, but my shop is still stuck in vacation mode.

I now have no options to edit any incorporated business information to try and verify my business/LLC again.

This is incredibly frustrating - what are my options? I've reached out to support and have only gotten generic responses.
