back in October I put my shop in holiday mode, then in January started getting requests to verify info (obviously didn't see because I was away)
Tried to open again last week, couldn't get out of holiday mode, discovered the request, confirmed everything, still stuck in holiday mode.
A few days later I submitted a ticked, which appeared to "update" the following day, but no actual response. Have pinged a few times over the week, it's been 7-8 days and still stuck.
