Shop statistics off

I would have liked to contact someone on the Etsy Team-.

My statistics are off this months. Sales are not listed in the stats and in shipping it says wrongly that I was missing shipping info. I would like that fixed + not influence my star seller status.

@Lieberfilz  :  This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here).

There are a number of threads in this forum about inaccurate Etsy statistics and while some have workarounds there seem to be no real solutions. It also seems to make a difference if you are using an Etsy app or looking via mobile browser or desktop browser.

Hello @Lieberfilz,

In your Shop Stats, you will see your shop-level data such as Visits, Orders, Conversion rate, and Revenue. You can double-check this Help Article for more information.
 

In regards to your Star Seller concern and it seems that the tracking events on the orders affecting your Star Seller aren't showing on Etsy. In cases like this, there is a possibility that the number being entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number, and make sure that it matches. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.
