Shop set to Vacation Mode to 'help manage current orders'

I got a single order and my shop was set to vacation mode automatically.

I have clients contacting me wanting to buy the product and I just can't.

The one order I got has already been taken care of, the item was shipped two days ago, less than 24 hours from getting the order.

I can't set Vacation Mode off and I am losing money.

Help please?

@TheDrawingDev  Sounds like Etsy needs some information from you.  I wish they would be more straightforward and let you know exactly what it is right off, but I'm thinking this type of forced vaca, mode is bot triggered / automated, like everything else these days on Etsy.

You'll need to contact Etsy Support - start here, answer a few screening questions, scroll down and look for "I still need help" - hopefully that will get you some contact options.  Good luck!

Re: Shop set to Vacation Mode to 'help manage current orders'

It appears that Etsy is reviewing all new shops once they make their first sale. This has only just started happening in the last couple of weeks.

Check if they have asked for your ID. Otherwise you will just have to wait until they contact you.

A cached view of your shop shows one listing so I doubt you are losing much money. You may also want to check if you need a licensing agreement to sell items depicting Marcelo Vieira's likeness, I suggest contacting Real Madrid.
