Sometimes it takes 24 hours. For this use chat and ask them about status.
Or use email and ask Etsy about it.
You don't open several tickets. You use one ticket and you respond to that one until the issue is solved. Constantly opening new means a new person who simply sends the same answer again. The other gets closed.
You can't call support unless you gave them your phone number for them to call you. Any number found on the Internet is a scam number.
Got it... it's been a little over 24 hours at this point. I was able to get a call back through the help center but the agent did not have authority to help further.
I've been trying to communicate on an email thread but I receive the same automated response eveytime.
