Shop put in vacation mode by Etsy.

My shop was put in vacation mode by Etsy, no reason why. Everything has been verified and contracting them in the "help center: has been a joke. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks with no resolution. Finally, I decided to close my store, guess what can't do that either. Not sure what direction to go from here.

Etsy do this while they check your ID. Have you been asked to upload government issued documents?

The language in the pink bar in your shop suggests that you need to verify your ID or tax information with Etsy.

It can take time.

Open ONE ticket with Etsy Help. Keep reply to that ticket, not opening new ones.
