Hi, I just went back to check mine after seeing your post. There's no problem with mine (desktop computer, Chrome). But Etsy was down the other day (couldn't get into Shop Dashboard). I wonder if you're having residual problems from that. Did you already clear out cache, cookies? Or are using the Seller App? (if so, you could try a mobile browser or computer).
