Shop page skips when scrolling

Anytime I’m on the Etsy website and I go to click on the next page of listings when I view my store or anyone else’s, it skips pages and adds pages that aren’t there. Am I the only one? Example 

it goes like 

page 1 of 5

i click “next” and then it’s like 

page 3 of 9 etc.

it’s skipping and adding pages that aren’t there  eventually it just stops and I can’t do anything  

major glitch that needs to be resolved if I’m not the only one experiencing this.

Yeah it’s been ongoing all month long I’m pretty sure. Only noticed it a couple days ago bc after I got to the 5th page it would start glitching exactly like you’re saying yours did. You should report it and get a reference number for the case when you open it. Seems as though etsy is just straight up ignoring it. IT should have something this major fixed by now. I reported it like over three days ago and got emails saying it was being escalated then when I followed up I had to send emails with screenshots of the communication bc they said they had no record of it being escalated and blah blah blah. Just typical bad Etsy customer service. 

but don’t forget to tell us how we did in our surveys lol hahahaha yeah sure friendO!
