My shop has been placed on pause for over a week now without any explanation or communication from Etsy support. I have opened multiple support tickets and attempted to reach out through the appropriate channels, but I have not received any response or update.
This is severely impacting my business and causing unnecessary stress. I understand that reviews and investigations may take time, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. I am posting here in hopes of triggering a response or escalation, as I have exhausted all other options.
Please advise what steps I need to take or when I can expect a resolution. Transparency and timely communication are crucial for sellers relying on this platform.

Thank you. I’ve been checking both my regular inbox and spam folder constantly, but I haven’t received any emails from Etsy regarding this issue. Still waiting for any update or explanation.
I've read on a different forum that every time one opens a new support ticket, the old one goes to the back of the line.
Do any of your products mention some kind of healing or personal wellness benefits received? You can't do that. Just a thought.
No. All my products are digital templates, no such benefits are offered.
Is your credit card on file active? If it expires and they try to charge to it they vacation your shop.
Contact Etsy via email. If you have done so take that one email and reply back that you still need help.
Did you check the legal form of your name against ID? Bank account information? Any tax information? If any of these deviate in form of name that can be one issue. Bank card current?
Anything to do with Canva? Legal Trust Center Canva does have an angel policy about use of their services.
