Shop not exiting Vacation Mode after fixing the issue

I have an Etsy support ticket open for this, if anyone from support happens to browse this, its #18759718. 

My issue is: I updated my tax information since I recently received an LLC for the business. After entering in the EIN and Texas Taxpayer number, Etsy's verification didn't accept it. To avoid having invalid information there, I switched it back to just use my personal tax information, and I re-entered all of my information. I had mis-typed by SSN, and Etsy sent me an email saying that my information was rejected (which is expected), due to the incorrect information, my shop was placed on vacation mode and paused. 

The email states that once the issue is correct, and Etsy has verified the tax information, the suspension will be lifted. 

I updated the tax information minutes after, and Etsy directly approved it. I can see on my Legal and Tax information the message: "Good news: We verified your taxpayer information!". So I know its correct, AND I can see that Etsy ALSO knows its correct. 

I gave it 24 hours to see if any automation would unpause the shop. It didn't, so I opened up a support ticket. 

Today is day 4 of both having my shop suspended, and with zero response from Etsy on my support ticket. I do not have the option for a live chat (I guess that's only for selected people?), and I have no other way to find help on this.
