Shop name not searchable

I have created a shop and have listed a few things to start but nothing shows up when I search for them but worst of all my shop name will not come up when I search it. How can someone search my shop name?

For some reason, I can't search for any shop name.

@MusicCity3D: We searched for your shop and the usual "Did you mean the shop ..." appeared.

When you use the search bar to look it will find some random items but underneath the search bar it will the ask “did you mean the shop nnnnnnn”. I did this with your shop and it did appear

Only if you enter the shop name in full.

If you can't remember the whole shop name, for example in this case if you only put in '3dcreationsbyjd', it will not give you the 'did you mean...'

yes that's what I get on my computer but when my wife searches on her phone she gets nothing

When using Chrome browser on Mac I am no longer seeing the 'did you mean the shop...' prompt.

For a while now I've been putting my shop name in my tags.

I think Etsy is actively downplaying itself as a platform of individual shops. They want to steer buyers to the items they want them to see.

@Amaradorn  I have the same problem using my iMac and Safari.

I, and several people I know, are having the same issue. Even if I type in the complete exact shop name (no spaces or anything), there is NO option to say I'm searching for a shop. It only brings up items, and not from the shop name that was searched, either. (Windows 10 using Firefox)
