Shop logo missing?

Jump to solution

I just came back after a year and started a new shop. I did all the set up and uploaded a shop logo photo and it’ll show up on my profile, but when you go to view your actual shop page on a different device or the same device the shop logo is NOT THERE.

Your logo is there above your name but it looks like you have not added your shop logo.  Go to your shop and click Edit Shop then click the camera icon where the logo will be and upload it there.

I’ve done that dozens of times. I don’t know how to do it any other way.

How are you seeing that it isn’t there? It’s there when I look at it in regular mode nd in edit mode. So I’m confused. Thanks for your reply. I’m just so frustrated.
