Shop is permanently suspended without knowing the reason while I already follow all policies

Hi, i am owner of UrDailyDoses store which has been permanently suspended on Etsy. I am sure there is an incorrect flag on my shop. Can i please get a real human help here? Thank you so much.

From your shop name, sounds like it may have been for medical claims.

Do you handmade your products? Or do you use a production partner to create products which you have designed?

Is that an image of Nora Fatehi on your birthday cards? if yes, then this could be the reason for the suspension

Digital downloads using Kpop group members would be considered infringement.  If Etsy closed you for that reason, I doubt they'd reconsider their decision.
