Shop is on holiday mode by Etsy in India

Dear Community,

I am seeking advice regarding a recent issue I encountered after enrolling in Etsy Payments. My shop has been placed on Holiday Mode due to the following error message:

"We can’t finish enrolling you in Etsy Payments since Payoneer couldn’t verify your info. We’ve put your shop on pause via Holiday Mode, so you can’t receive new orders right now, and your listings won’t appear in search results on Etsy. To sell on Etsy, reach out to Payoneer’s Customer Care team to try enrolling again or check your email for more info."

After reaching out to Payoneer support couple of times, they confirmed that my account is active and that there are no issues on their end. My connected shop is also active. However, despite contacting Etsy Support several times, I have yet to receive a resolution.

This issue arose after initial difficulties with Etsy Payment enrollment, and now my shop remains in Holiday Mode. I am wondering if any other sellers, particularly those in India, have faced similar challenges. If so, could you please share how you resolved the issue?

Your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
