Shop is on Pause without a reason.

Hello Community 

I was logging into my Etsy account to update some stuff to prepare for the Fall/Winter and I noticed my shop was in vacation mode and is under review for 48hours. My last order was on July 29th 2023 and it was delivered on time. I've always have great reviews and my information is up to date. I tried to reach out to customer service but they told e that someone will get back to me via email which can take a while. My business is very crucial during this time of year which will set me back if my account continues to be on vacation mode. Everything in my shop is handmade and it takes time. Has anyone else experience this?

You will have to contact etsy support... I am sorry this happened. There have been a lot of recent posts about this, so I wonder what's going on

Check your email - maybe they asked for a copy of your ID
