I am writing to request assistance with my Etsy shop, which is currently in Holiday mode due to unknow verification process. It has been more than 48 hours my shop remains unavailable for new orders.
Issue Description: My shop is still in Holiday mode despite the verification period having exceeded 48 hours. I have not received any additional requests for information.
I kindly ask for an update on the status of the verification process. If any additional details or documents are required to complete the review, please let me know, and I will provide them promptly.
