Hello everyone, in new on Etsy. I dont know why but they put my shop on "holiday" mode. I can't turn this thing off. Why is that ?
I am handling my first orders very good, everything on time . Can somebody from etsy support help me here ?

Etsy support will not reply here. They probably asked for a copy of your ID. Check your email.
@JablonskyLeder - As @NanaLetha said, check your email (spam & promotional boxes too) to see if Etsy has requested any additional information from you regarding ID or banking info.
While you are waiting on Etsy to reopen your shop, do take the time to finish setting it up - add shop policies:

This is very important, especially if a shop owner ever needs to use Etsy's seller protections.
